So I called TW back and it would be a week before they could get someone out! So I went to radio shack and picked up a new splitter and solved my issue!! Hope this helps. Reset half a dozen times then found out that a code 13 means bad connection .. check the number of splitters you have and make sure you don't have any loose cables that aren't plugged into anything (generating interference) fixed it immediately! As a senior citizen new to all things techno, at least you gave me a great explanation that I could understand. I have had to work with the TW CSRs (who obviously can't go off script) who took multiple tries to bring the box back up - by using your steps I was able to eventurally come back up myself this time.
